Advertising in The Flip Side will be helping to support student writing and free speech in Eau Claire. Revenue from advertising goes directly toward our printing costs. We are not for profit, and all staff members, writers, and contributors work for The Flip Side without pay.
Format:
News Magazine (11” x 17”, 20# white paper, black ink)
Pages: 12, 16 or 20 pages, depending on content load.
Page Size: 8.5” x 11”
Live Space per Page: 7” x 10”
Distribution:
1500-2000 Copies - Mostly to students, faculty, and staff on campus. A number are distributed downtown and to high schools and libraries in the Chippewa valley.
The Market:
University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire students comprise roughly 20 percent of the population of Eau Claire. This lucrative market spends millions of dollars each year in the Eau Claire area on food, retail goods and services.
